Winery's Notes
"Winemaking: Each lot was fermented separately focusing on best practices for each wine. The Grenache Blanc was native fermented in neutral French oak. Muscat experienced neutral French oak with an addition of a high aromatic yeast strain. The Chenin Blanc was native fermented in a neutral 500-liter French oak barrel (Puncheon). This wine is not heat or cold stabilized and may throw tartrates if over chilled.
Tasting Notes: Aromatics of citrus blossom, honey suckle and Myer lemons. A lean and focused palate that has notes of Asian pear and orange skins."
Varietal Composition: 47% Grenache Blanc, 35% Muscat Canelli, 18% Chenin Blanc
