A classic small-batch Kentucky bourbon character — oak-forward with balanced sweetness, spice, and a warming finish suited for sipping neat or with a splash of water to open flavors. Full-bodied with flavors of toasted grain, sweet vanilla and oak spice. You may sense baking spices, mild rye spice and hints of dried fruit or butterscotch depending on the release.
