"Black is a 100% Plavac Mali that comes from our two Dalmatian vineyards, Sv. Roko in Komarna and Sv. Lucia in Dingac. We get it as the second blend of these two Plavacs, the part of the wine that is not Dingac or Sv. Roko. It is aged in large wooden tanks, concrete and small barrique barrels. The smaller brother of these two Plavacs, it goes well with grilled oily fish, meat or classic dishes with meat sauces."
