"St. Roko plavac mali from our vineyard Sv. Roka in the young vineyard of Komarna, known for good winds and stony soil, and excellent freshness of plavac mali. It ages for 14 months in French oak barrique barrels and in large concrete tanks. Along with the aromas of plum and cherry, there are typical aromas of wild Dalmatian herbs and vanilla. Excellent with blue fish, and aged cheeses, cow and sheep."

"This 100% Plavac Mali is garnet red in the glass, offering aromas of black raspberry, mocha, red plum and dried purple flower. In the mouth, flavors suggest cranberry, black raspberry and smoked meats. The wine is fruity upon entry, with pleasantly chewy tannins and a smooth yet persistent finish." -JJ, 9/1/21
