Brewery's Notes
"Eye in the Sky is watching, and it’s pouring juicy. This hazy IPA leads with a soft, glowing haze and an expressive hop bill of Erebus, Simcoe, and Dolcita, delivering layers of tropical fruit, ripe citrus, and subtle pine. Big notes of mango, peach, and sweet orange rise first, followed by hints of berry and a touch of resin that keeps everything balanced and bright."
