"Langhe Nebbiolo is 100% Nebbiolo grapes coming from sites which enhance the more ethereal Nebbiolo aromatics and structure.
Low temperature during fermentation to have a soft extraction. Short permanence in neutral oak and the rest of aging in stainless steel to preserve the freshness and underline the classic nuances of Nebbiolo grape.
Ruby red with garnet shades, beautiful clarity. The nose is delicate and complex: the essence of Nebbiolo. The underlying structure is vibrant, and elegant with soft tannins and harmonious acidity."
