"MIXTURA BLANCO is a white wine crafted from a selection of vineyards in the Ribeiro and Melgaço regions. All the vineyards are planted with indigenous grape varieties that best express the unique identity of each region.
Soils: A blend of *sábrego* soils (decomposed granite) from the Ribeiro region combined with sandy soils and decomposed granite from the Melgaço region.
Vinification: Hand-harvested into crates. Bunch-by-bunch selection performed directly in the vineyard. Fermentation with indigenous yeasts in Austrian oak *foudres*."

Appellation: Spain and Portugal
Aging: 12 months on lees in Austria oak foudres, followed by 12 months in concrete tanks
