Winery Notes:
Vinification: obtained from botrytized grapes. Fermented and matured in oak barrels for 2-3 years. Before the bottling, the wine is blended with wine from the new harvest. Usually, in the bottle we have almost the same percentage of alcohol and sugar (12-13%)
Colour: amber yellow
Aroma: citrus, with peach, apricot and figs
Taste: smooth and enveloping, with caramel and honey hints
Food & Wine Pairing: blue cheese, hazelnut cake, chocolate
Characteristics: Production limited to a few vintages.
Varietal Composition: 90% Arneis blended with 10% aromatic varieties from Malvirà’s Trinità vineyard
Aging: At least 2 years in French oak
