Product Overview
Winery's Notes
"Red Burgundy is mainly produced in three French departments: Yonne, Côte d’Or and Saône-et-Loire. It is the northernmost part of that region that produces great red wines. The Pinot Noir varietal is at the basis of all red Burgundy appellations, from the most modest to the most prestigious.
Dark ruby colour with purple highlights. The nose is very open, with notes of small black fruit and vanilla on a finely woody background. Fresh on the palate, supple and round. A lively and structured wine, with tannins that are present but coated. The finish is tart."
Varietal Composition: 100% Pinot Noir
Appellation: Bourgogne AOC

"Sappy cherry and raspberry fruit gives this red immediate appeal. Balanced and open, with a light tug of tannins on the crisp finish, plus an earth accent. Drink now. 5,000 cases made, 336 cases imported." -BS, 4/28/25
