Product Overview
Lemke Budike Weisse Waldmeister a true traditional Berliner Weisse that took brewer Oliver Lemke two years of research to revive the lost recipe and over 100 test brews to perfect its historic three culture fermentation. This beer lays on real woodruff. Woodruff, or waldmeister ("master of the woods" in German), is a flowering perennial plant that when used in brewing, reveals herbal-tangy notes. Budike is mildly sour, refreshing, balanced, complex, and funky. Brewed in Germany, but canned fresh in the USA. 4.0% ABV.
