The Ledaig Sinclair Series is a Rioja cask finished single malt. It has a nose with orange peel and red fruits that are balanced by notes of smoky peat, leather, and peppery spice. Creamy on the palate, with flavors of sweet malt, almond, red berries, vanilla, and dark chocolate. The finish is long and warming, with a lingering taste of smoky peat, red fruit, and a hint of sea spray.
