Hidden Barn Small Batch, series one, batch 23B is aged for 5-6 years with a mash bill of 70% Corn, 20% Rye, 10% Malted Barley. Rich and intense, with a buttery caramel corn base, dark fruit and florals, and significant baked apple. A touch of pepper throughout ramps up into a robust finish complemented by dried peppermint and anise.
