"Production notes: Grapes come from our Estate Red Mountain biodynamic and organic certified vineyards. Most of the wines were pumped over during alcoholic fermentation for 6 to 10 days before being pressed to barrel. where it completed malo-lactic fermentation and then aged for an additional 24 months in 49% new oak (58% American Oak / 39% French oak / 3% Hungarian oak)
