On the nose ripe citrus fruits (tangerine, orange peel), vanilla, toffee, baking spices, subtle leather, and cedar. On the palate there is salted caramel, brown butter, dark chocolate, dried figs, black cherry, miso paste, and umami mushroom notes. The finish is long and is a great blending of toasted oak, honey, dried fruit, subtle smokiness, and a warming sensation.
