Product Overview
Translated Winery Notes:
"This cuvée is a blend of vines of 10-15 years of average age with warm soils, mixtures of clay and rolled pebbles from the alluvial terrace of Les Châssis. The grapes arrive in the cellar destemmed, vatted in stainless steel vats. The maceration lasts about fifteen days at fairly low temperatures during which we carry out a very gentle extraction work to preserve the fruitiness and the freshness of the wine.
This wine with purple reflections offers us a nose full of greed with fruity aromas. On the palate, we find an explosion of fresh red fruits structured by voluptuous tannins. Serve as an aperitif with plates of cold meats and fresh cheeses or barbecue."
Varietal Composition: 100% Syrah

"Deep violet color. A spicy, black pepper accent complements lively blackberry and floral aromas. Silky and seamless on the palate, offering jammy dark berry and violet pastille flavors, plus a touch of licorice. Closes energetically and spicy, with barely perceptible tannins adding shape." -JR, Dec/2022
