"Deodora, aptly named after the majestic trees gracing our vineyard, embodies the essence of nature’s splendor in every bottle. Revered for centuries across cultures, these majestic evergreens embody a timeless spiritual connection to the earth and sky. Their graceful boughs whisper secrets of resilience and renewal, weaving a tapestry of tranquility amidst the vines. Just as the Deodora tree stands as a symbol of enduring beauty, so too does our wine reflect the harmony of nature’s bounty and human craftsmanship located in the heart of the Petaluma gap, on the Sonoma Coast. Each wine has a different Arch-Angel on the label. Arch-Angel Michael is known as the champion of justice, and healer of the sick as well as the guardian of good.
Estate Vineyard:
Nestled in the rolling hills of Petaluma, our vineyard enjoys a microclimate perfectly suited for cultivating premium grapes. Located west of the town of Petaluma, our vines grow in a wind driven environment with the coastal influence of the Pacific Ocean. Our commitment to sustainable farming practices ensures the preservation of this pristine environment for generations to come.
Tasting notes: White floral, peach and pear blossom, honey suckle, stone fruit on nose. Mouth feel has texture and mid palate depth, fresh citrus and texture to round out the finish. Delicate, old world styled dry Riesling."
