Originally made for the 2013 beer festival in Portland, Maine, De Ranke XXX Bitter is a hoppy Belgian Golden Ale brewed with Brewers Gold and Hallertau Mittelfrüh hops. It is a special variation on their XX Bitter, where 50% more hops are addded. Despite its higher IBU value, the large amount of aroma hops makes this beer taste smoother than XX. 6.0% ABV, 75 IBUs.
