The Spice Tree is a blend of Highland malts aged in custom-made casks with new French oak heads. The whiskey earns its name with bold aromas of nutmeg, ginger, clove, cinnamon and oaky vanilla. On the palate, it lends itself to a round sweetness that is accented by its pronounced spice character.
