"The NV Brut Art Deco blends 40% Chardonnay from Vertus and Villers-Marmery, 40% Pinot Noir from Aÿ, Hautvillers, Avenay-Val-d’Or and Rilly-la-Montagne, with 20% Pinot Meunier from Ville-Dommange. Subtle smokiness settles on smooth notions of freshly baked wheat bread. The palate is equally understated but delivers fine mousse and real freshness on a smooth palate with classic balance and lovely bready resonance. Dosage is 10.1 grams per liter.
