On the Nose: unsalted brown butter, French vanilla cream, warm dark brown sugar and cinnamon, spicy pepper, juicy hints of figs and dehydrated apples.
Finish: Warm vanilla, weathered oak. Medium finish overall which works well to counterbalance the upfront heat.
