"Savor the magic. Inspired by Shakespeare’s ethereal spirit Ariel, this oak-aged, alcohol-removed Cabernet Sauvignon enchants with lush aromas of black currants, cherries, blueberries, and notes of chocolate. Soft tannins and a dry finish echo Ariel’s elusive, poetic nature.
After undergoing fermentation in stainless steel, this Cabernet Sauvignon is separated from the skins, and a portion is moved into oak cooperage for extended aging. Just prior to bottling, the alcohol is gently removed, leaving just true Cabernet flavor and character."
