"The wine has a light yellow color that is really appealing to the eye. The fruit came from north Napa and has a vibrant and juicy character that is perfect for summer sipping. On the nose, this Sauvignon Blanc is aromatic and inviting with tropical aromas of passion fruit, mixed with delicate notes of rose petals, grapefruits, and floral characters. The fruit character is prominent and adds a layer of complexity to the wine's aroma. On the palate, the wine is clean and refreshing with a beautiful balance of the two fermentation styles in both stainless steel barrels and French oak barrels. The result is a wine that showcases the best of both worlds - the bright acidity of stainless steel fermentation and the subtle complexity of oak barrels. The finish is crisp, with a lingering freshness that makes it a perfect match for light salads, seafood, or grilled vegetables."
