Product Overview
Distributor's Notes
"The wine opens with aromas of blue and black fruits, including ripe black plum and cherry, complemented by subtle earthy undertones. On the palate, the tannins are gracefully balanced by concentrated fruit and hints of Herbes de Provence. The mid-palate is robust and structured, leading to a creamy, lingering finish with a touch of minerality. The juicy finish makes it exceptionally food-friendly and presents an intense, rich color in the glass.
The brilliance of this wine is our opportunity to blend different flavor profiles across all of the diverse sites we work with: red fruits with a classic touch of green from Horse Heaven Hills, structured tannins from Red Mountain, concentration from aged vines in Yakima, and blue fruit-driven polished tannins from Walla Walla Valley fruit all come together to create a completely delicious final blend."

"A seductive blend of dried black cherries, violet pastille and sweet spice makes the 2022 A Cab Supreme impossible to ignore. It sweeps across the palate with tart red berry fruits oftsetting silky textures, as cooling acidity maintains fantastic freshness under an air of lavender pastille. The 2022 finishes long and structured, leaving hints of licorice and a raspberry concentration. The value here is unprecedented."

"Precise and taut, with pinpoint accents of currant, pencil lead and tobacco that build tension toward firm tannins. Hands off for now. Best from 2026 through 2032. 1,047 cases made." -TF, 3/31/25
