Primary Whites:

J. J. Vincent 2017 JJ Bourgogne Blanc - The 2017 J. J. Vincent "JJ" Bourgogne Blanc is a tribute to Jean Jacques Vincent who has managed the family domaine of Château Fuissé for the past 40 years. It is a distinctive wine exclusively from the southern part of Burgundy near Mâcon and Pouilly Fuissé. The Mâconnais area offers naturally rich soils with a high proportion of clay which leads to a wine rich in mineral character. Summer temperatures are generally higher in the Macon than than in northern Burgundy, affording the wines rich and ripe fruit character and soft acidity. In the glass, it is a clean, pale-yellow color with a nice brilliance. The nose is fresh and fruity, ripe and round, with discrete vanilla and brioche scents. On the mouth, the wine is dense and rich, fresh and subtle, with a good length and finesse. Overall, the wine is nicely balanced, fresh, elegant and with a long finish.

Anima Negra 2017 Quibia - The 2017 Anima Negra Quíbia has aromas of white peach, pear, sea brine, and jasmine. On the palate, the wine is weighty with silky olive oil texture and concentrated flavors of ripe peach, Anjou pear, and capers. Crisp, lively and well balanced, it pairs beautifully with bay scallops, langoustines, mussels in a butter broth, and seafood paella.

Bishops Peak 2015 Elevation Red - The 2015 Bishop's Peak Elevation is a refined expression a classic Bordeaux blend from the Paso Robles appellation. The nose offers aromas of blackberry, sage, and fennel, layered with black pepper and smoked brisket. The palate is supple with notes of currant, juicy blackberry, dried cranberry, and clover. Enjoy this Bordeaux blend with steak fajitas or barbeque chicken pizza.

Odfjell Vineyards 2016 Orzada Carmenere - The 2016 Odfjell Orzada Carmenere is dark red in color with purple reflections. The nose is complex, with spices, ripe red fruits such as cherries, raspberries, and plums mixed with aromas of blackberries followed by tobacco. The concentration in the mouth is the highlight and juicy. The finish is long, with soft, velvety tannins.

Premium Reds:

Daou 2017 Bodyguard - The inaugural release of 2017 Daou Bodyguard is a sleek, yet powerful blend of Petit Verdot and Petite Sirah, displaying both opulence and structure. It presents fragrant fruit aromas of blackberry, raspberry, currant, and crème de cassis. Notes of cocoa, coffee, dark chocolate, licorice and sweet cherry pipe tobacco are rounded out with whispers of truffle, toffee, mocha and menthol. A juicy, fleshy palate offers bright, generous flavors of cherry, cranberry, strawberry, and blueberry tinged with black raspberry and tamarind—all supported by underlying accents of dusty leather, pencil shavings, cigar box, and crushed herbs. An elegantly styled and beautifully structured finish reverberates with focused energy, vibrant berry fruit and ripe, polished tannins.

Stags' Leap Winery 2016 Petite Sirah - The 2016 Stag's Leap Petite Sirah is deep and saturated with a core of blackberry, blueberry and black plum, alongside more savory notes of cocoa powder, black pepper spice and Old Bay seasoning. On the palate, the generous blackberry and peppery plum flavors continue but elements of fresher Bing cherry and creamy cassis notes also come through, as well as delicate anise seed, clove and cedar spice notes from the oak aging. This wine is smooth and silky with velvety tannins and a generous lengthy finish, encouraging you to enjoy it now, but has the depth and complexity to age for many years to come.

Premium White:

Talley 2017 Rosemary's Vineyard Chardonnay - The 2017 Talley Rosemary's Vineyard Chardonnay is sourced from the Estate's coolest site. Rosemary's Vineyard has distinctive chalky shale soils and produces Chardonnay marked by refreshing acidity and is the most age worthy and highly regarded of their white wines.
