"In 2011, Yohan LARDY came back to his native village of Fleurie in Beaujolais a er spending a few months in Chile working for an Estate during harvest and winemaking. Yohan, 29 year old, obtained his BTS Viti-Oeno in Mâcon-Davayé, and is very passionate by winemaking. He bought in 2012 a small plot planted in 1945, located in the climat “Les Deschamps” in the Cru Chenas near Moulin a Vent. This single vineyard allows Yohan to make this confidential cuvee very authentic and terroir driven.
Crumson red color. A nose displaying red berries with a touch of mineral and smokiness. On the palate, the wine is complex with fine and silky tannins."
