Lalo Blanco has a great back story to it: their ingredients are only agave, yeast, and water to honor the complex essence of agave.The nose is light with sweet agave and citrus (lime), sweet potato and cinnamon with a touch of caramel. Taste is agave forward, slightly sweet and earthy. Hints of lime and pepper. It’s delicate and clean. Finish: Short finish of sweet agave and white pepper. This is a fantastic sipper neat, on the rocks, or add soda water and really enjoy.
