"The 2017 Black Bart Syrah is a rich and intensely concentrated wine with aromas of blackberry, cardamom and black pepper. The elegant palate offers layers of fresh black plum and blackberry interlaced with notes of hickory-smoked bacon and clove, leading to a long, peppery finish. Pair with roasted pork tenderloin in a plum reduction sauce or bacon and mushroom risotto. Drink now through 2032."
