"A deep garnet purple, 2016 The Wheelman opens with stunning blackberry, black cherry and violet with lingering aromas of tarragon and licorice. The lush entry offers ripe black cherry and caramel followed by cassis, leading to a long finish with notes of black pepper and anise. This Cabernet has a bright acidity throughout and an elegant structure. Pair with ribeye steak and caramelized onions in a wine reduction sauce or sticky barbecued beef ribs. Drink now through 2035."
