Product Overview
Willett Pot Still Bourbon-in its pot still bottle-is unique and interesting. On first sniff, it opens up tightly and takes time to evolve and deepen. Whiffs of vanilla, lightly toasted oak, and very faint spice notes lead into maple and burned sugar. The taste is maple and caramel, with the light spices present, and some salt. The finish is moderate in length with some oaky dryness, vanilla, and corn. A great go to bourbon.
