Full, rich, and robust taste including notes of black fruits, woodsy cedar, oak, and spice. Black cherry, blackberry, and dried plum along with a warm spice and a white pepper finish.
Food Pairings: Traditionally pairs with red meats: steaks, venison, bison, and lamb. Pair with roast duck breast with pomegranate glaze, creamy mashed pumpkin, roasted chestnuts with butter and rosemary."
