This is a great blanco in every aspect. The nose is balanced with a buttery agave smell and hints of mint and vegetal notes along with pepper. At first taste it is sweet at the beginning but moves to more of the peppery and spicy side. Has a nice oily body with more of the vegetal notes coming forward. This blanco has a very long finish and the black pepper and the sweet agave linger. Super balanced at every taste.
