Product Overview
The 2017 Peter Paul Sonoma Coast Chardonnay is the second vintage for this wine that sources fruit from two very famous vineyards for Chardonnay in Sonoma County: Cold Creek Vineyard in Carneros and Bacigalupi Vineyard in Russian River. Matured in a combination of stainless steel tanks and 25% new French oak barrels, the result is a refreshing and vibrant Chardonnay, showing aromas of honeydew melon, fresh apples, plantain, and mineral. On the palate, there is a great balance in body and intensity with abundant flavors echoing the nose, along with lemon verbena, blanched almond, and a lingering nuance of vanilla on the finish.
