The 2019 Paringa Sparkling Shiraz vivaciously pours a deep magenta-burgundy color with an everlasting crimson hue. On the nose, fresh black current preserve jump out, with dark strawberry jam and blackberry surrounded by underlying hints of butterscotch, menthol, and spice. A lively, refreshing, and medium-bodied palate is comprised of sweet berry fruits, ripest plums, and cassis, with hints of chocolate, molasses, caraway seed, and fennel.
