Winery's Notes
"The wine is a distinct golden amber hue when poured into the glass. This is a highly perfumed wine with aromas of soft ripe apricot and peach mingling with notes of nutmeg and cinnamon. The scents of golden raisin and honeysuckle follow. On the palate, the stone fruit continues and broadens to include bright plum flavors and the subtle bitterness of black plum skin. The acidity is pronounced leaving a pleasantly clean aftertaste. Unfined and unfiltered, and with the absence of any added sulfites, this wine was oxidized to stability and shows a full spectrum of both aromas and flavors. Natural wine at its finest, there is nothing in this bottle that did not come directly from the vineyard."
