Mikkeller SD and Almanac collaborated on Kneaded To Know, which is a Farmhouse-sytle Ale aged 18 months in Chardonnay barrels. The result is dry and effervescent with wafting layers of Belgian spice and Brettanomyes funk. Delicate notions of honey and white wine and supported by a mild acidity and strawberry brightness. 7.3% ABV.
