Product Overview
As the first American Craft Gin, Junipero Gin (same gin, different packaging) is still made by hand in San Francisco. The aroma has a strong juniper core with clean and crisp citrus notes and herbal complexity. The palate has juniper at the forefront that opens up and reveals its full complexity in the finish with notes of lemon peel, cardamom and lemongrass.
The 12 botanicals used are: Juniper, Angelica Root, Aniseed, Bitter Orange Peel, Cardamom, Cassia Bark, Orris Root, Orange Peel, Lemon Peel, Grains of Paradise, Cubeb, and Coriander.
