The first age statement Dickel to have 'bourbon' instead of Tennessee Whisky and bottled at 90 proof opens with caramel corn and a nuttiness. Hints of rye spice and pepper with the oak offering a nice balance. Very light fruit notes-mostly caramel and vanilla in this bourbon. Enjoy neat, on the rocks, or in your favorite cocktail.
