Famille Dupont Cidre Bouché is a traditional, naturally sparkling cider from Normandy, France. "Cidre Bouché" is a generic term for traditional cider, literally "cider under cork", and is thus created using the traditional method of the Pays d'Auge. Techniques include: controlled fermentation in stainless steel vats; indigenous yeasts; stabilization of the cider is sought by carrying out successive racking; fermentation is controlled by successive racking; bottled unpasteurized. The result is a cider that is full of fruit and freshness, with aromas of apples, pears, red berries, and citrus and a palate of baked apple with light tannins. 5.5% ABV, no sugar added, no gluten, 134 g/L of natural sugar from the apples.
