The non-vintage Charles de Cazanove Tradition Brut Rosé, from one of the older Champagne producers in the region (founded in 1811), has a lovely salmon-pink color and delicious candied fruit and rose petal aromas. There is volume, fullness, and strength on the palate, with good substance. A delicious wine and a terrific value.
Varietal Composition: 50% Pinot Noir, 20% Pinot Meunier, 15% Chardonnay, 15% Côteaux Champenois Rouge
