"This is a unicorn made from Gevrey-Chambertin (1er cru and Grand Cru) grapes, and probably won't ever be done again... Clemence and Thierry Pillot had their first child in 2022 - Colette - and decided to make what may be the best Burgundian rose I have ever tasted! Translucent and pale in color. Alcohol is 12.5, perfectly fresh and chiseled with great vivacity, florality, and a tremendously textured nobility that surpasses anything we know in rose. Very little produced and definitely has us dreaming of more. Rare Pinot Noir beauty."
