Calvados Hors d’Age Chauffe Coeur is aged a minimum of 15 years in Limousin oak casks and no sugar or caramel coloring added. Expect scents of baked apple slightly toasted, pie crust, butterscotch, and spicy notes. On entry the taste is that of a caramel-covered apple, baked apple with cinnamon and honey and the sweetness level rises at midpalate as the flavor profile grows more pronounced and buttery.
