California Wild Ales Grilled Pineapple is a golden Sour Ale aged in barrels for 12 months, then rested on grilled pineapple for 3 months. The caramelization from the grilling process helps to balance the acidity of the pineapple for a refreshingly sweet and tart wild ale. 5.0% ABV.
