Part of their Stasis Project series, Bottle Logic has collaborated with Claremont Craft Ales on Technical Challenge, an Imperial Stout version of a Jaffa Cake. This Imperial Stout is built on a chocolate malt-heavy recipe with a healthy helping of rye double mash base for a bold, rich body. The brew was aged in bourbon barrels, finished with Madagascar vanilla and a mountain of Ecuadorian cacao nibs to build a rich chocolate complexity, then finally steeped on California orange peels for a bright, beautiful citrus note. 13.77% ABV.
