Batch 2 is aged a minimum of seven years for light amber color and bright, floral notes. Aromas of vanilla cream, green apple, and orange zest followed by more notes of green apple on the palate with baking spices, toasted oak, and a hint of mint. Finishes dry with oak and spice.
