100% farm to bottle, WhistlePig Farmstock Beyond Bonded Rye Whiskey is crafted from grain to glass on the WhistlePig farm in Vermont. This rye is so different from their other rye's-this one is all about the feeling of Autumn. Warm with butterscotch and toffee and the grain comes through with baking spices. Tobacco and clove stay a bit longer.The mouthfeel is soft with the baking spices heating up. The brown sugar gives it a bit of sweetness. The tobacco and leather come through at the end, but do not take over.
