Double Distilled in Stainless and Copper, where the final distillation process produces a peppery, spice-laden blanco. Aged for a minimum of 3 years in Charred Virgin French Oak Barrels, where it develops it's award-winning complexity and flavor. It's crafted in small batches with water from Artesian Wells and has been awarded Gold, Best in Class and Best in Show. Made from 100 percent estate grown Blue Agave.
