Severo Tequila Reposado has been matured for 10 months in American white oak-longer than many reposados-and putting it near anejo territory. The nose has notes of candied orange, vanilla, and cooked agave. Minimal ethanol is present. A delicate sense of toffee and sweet citrus on the palate. It is salty and somewhat savory. Mildly sweet-this one is very easy to drink.
