Redemption Wheated Bourbon is 45% winter wheat and intense and big but silky and harmonious at the same time. Flavors of roasted coffee beans, smoked meats and hazelnut are intertwined with spicy notes of cardamon and black pepper. The finish is medium with a toasted crustiness of freshly baked bread and a hint of malty sweetness.
