Aged for a staggering 27 years, this single pot sill Irish whiskey was aged in sherry and bourbon casks before undergoing a special enrichment period in ruby port casks. Bottled at cask strength, it boasts an incredibly complex profile of citrus, tropical fruit, berries, peppers, herbs, baking spices, roasted nuts, toasted oak, vanilla, and toffee, before ending with a balanced finish of fruit and spices.
