Nixta is billed as the world's first corn liqueur and made by the team behind Abasolo, a Mexican whisky made from ancestral corn, at the Destilería y Bodega Abasolo in Jilotepec de Abasolo. The smooth and silky textured liqueur has roasted corn on the nose and the sweet and creamy texture of atole with a finish of roasted nuts and dried fruit. Serve neat, on the rocks, or as a distinctive cocktail modifier.
